CCLCS' 25th Annual Auction

This year marks the 25th Annual CCLCS Auction; the cornerstone fundraiser for our school. Proceeds go directly to the CCLCS Education Foundation which funds field trips, special events and enrichment programs. We are trying a new time and place this year so please mark your calendar for this big event: Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Route 132, Hyannis.

Please consider the following:
1) Three Donations from Each and Every Family!
Each family has been sent two donation sheets and a merchant letter. Please visit three businesses to collect a donation. Don’t like to cold call’? We have a list on our website of unclaimed donors who have generously donated to us in the recent past. Or perhaps you would like to donate artwork, or give lessons, or bake some holiday pies.
2) Collect Donations
The donation forms are a triplicate form: One copy comes back to the school with the item, one copy is for the donor. Please collect full mailing info (we send thank you notes). Be sure to list yourself as ‘solicitor” in case we have questions. These letters and forms are posted below and are always available in the office.
3) Drop Off the Items
Drop off the item WITH A DONATION FORM to the front office. Please be sure to include the completed donation form.
4) Volunteer for the Auction!
We ask each of our families to volunteer their time to CCLCS in some way each year. This would be an excellent way to fulfill those hours! We are especially interested in getting some of our 6th grade parents involved so that they can learn the ropes and continue to support the auction each year.
5) Attend the Event!
