Lottery Information
"CCLCS will not set any principal application deadlines or hold any enrollment lotteries for student admission for the upcoming school year until after January 1, and will conclude its enrollment process no later than March 15 of each year. Please Note: It is the responsibility of the applicant’s family to meet all deadlines
in the admissions process.
Sixth Grade Applications and Lottery Information
If you have already filled out an application and checked off the box to stay on the waitlist,
please do not submit a new application. If you are unsure please email admissions@cclcs.info or call the main office.

Admissions Open House
Dates: Wednesday, November 17, 2021 and Tuesday, January 18, 2022
Time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
All prospective parents, students, and any other interested family members are encouraged to attend an Open House.
This is the time to tour the school and ask questions. Attendance at an Open House is not required for admission but is strongly encouraged.
Application Deadline
To be included in the lottery, applications for grade 6 must be received in the school office no later than Tuesday, February, 1 2022, - 12 noon*.
The 2022-23 6th Grade Applications are Closed.
Lottery Drawing and Results
Lottery drawing for the sixth grade was held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 - 1:00 p.m. at CCLCS.
Lottery results will be emailed to all applicants no later than Thursday, February 3, 2022.
Registration for Enrollment
Registration forms must be RECEIVED: the acceptance and registration forms sent to accepted students must be received in the school office no later than Wednesday, February 16, 2022 - 12 noon*.

The 2022-23 7th/8th Grade Applications are Closed.
Lottery Drawing and Results
Lottery drawing for 7th and 8th grade waitlists was held on Wednesday February 9, 2022 - at CCLCS. The waitlists will go into effect the day after the last day of school in June. Waitlist results will be emailed to all applicants no later than Thursday, February 10, 2022.
*It is the family’s responsibility to meet all application deadlines and update CCLCS of any changes to your contact information.
