Lottery Information​

"CCLCS will not set any principal application deadlines or hold any enrollment lotteries for student admission for the upcoming school year until after January 1, and will conclude its enrollment process no later than March 15 of each year. CCLCS will give public notice of at least one month of all application deadlines."

6th Grade Applications and Lottery Information​

Admissions Open Houses

Dates: Thursday, November 16th & Tuesday, January 9th

Time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

All prospective parents, students, and any other interested family members are encouraged to attend an Open House.

This is the time to tour the school and ask questions. Attendance at an Open House is not required for admission but is strongly encouraged.

​Application Deadline 

To be included in the lottery, applications for grade 6 must be received in the school office no later than Monday, January 15, 2024, at 12 noon*

Lottery Drawing and Results

  • Lottery drawing for the sixth grade will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 12 noon. with a Zoom meeting.

  • Lottery results will be emailed to all applicants no later than Thursday, January 18, 2024.

Lottery drawing for sixth grade will be on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 @ 12:00 p.m.

 

Lottery drawing for 7th and 8th grade wait lists will be on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 @ 12:00 p.m. 

 

The waitlists will go into effect the day after the last day of school in June.  Attendance at the lottery is not required. Results will be posted to our website within 24 hours of the drawing.

Registration for Enrollment

Registration forms must be RECEIVED: the acceptance and registration forms sent to accepted students must be received in the school office no later than Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - 12 noon*
