Lottery Information​

"CCLCS will not set any principal application deadlines or hold any enrollment lotteries for student admission for the upcoming school year until after January 1, and will conclude its enrollment process no later than March 15 of each year. CCLCS will give public notice of at least one month of all application deadlines."

Applications and Lottery Information​

5th graders are encourage to apply to be in the lottery for 6th grade

6th or 7th graders interested in joining CCLCS are encourage to apply for a space on the waitlist for 7th or 8th grade.

​

Admissions Open Houses

Dates: Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 & Wednesday, January 15th, 2025

Time: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

All prospective parents, students, and any other interested family members are encouraged to attend an Open House.

This is the time to tour the school and ask questions. Attendance at an Open House is not required for admission but is strongly encouraged.

​Application Deadline 

To be included in the lottery, applications must be received in the school office no later than February 12th, 2025, at 12 noon*

​

Lottery Zoom Drawing and Results

• Lottery drawing for the sixth grade will be held on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025 with a Zoom meeting.

• Lottery drawing to update the waitlists for seventh and eight grade will take place immediately following the lottery for sixth grade on Tuesday, February 25th, 2025.

• Lottery results will be emailed to all applicants no later than Wednesday, February 26, 2025.

The waitlists will go into effect the day after the last day of school in June.  Attendance at the lottery is not required. Results will be posted to our website within 24 hours of the drawing.

Registration for Enrollment

Registration forms must be RECEIVED: the acceptance and registration forms sent to accepted students must be received in the school office no later than Thursday, March 6th, 2025.
