Three Steps to Register

1) Fill out the Family ID Registration 

2) Fill out the hard copy of the Appalachian Mountain Club Paperwork

3) Pay via Paypal or send check (made out to CCLCS) to school

For students who have medication, the medication form must be filled out and returned by May 24th
