April 24th
Today during seminar we took out our pressed algae. It was really nice looking. We also took a trip to rock harbor. While there, we took about 5 plankton samples, and we looked at barnacles. We took the plankton by dragging a plankton net through the water for about a minute. After we did this, we collected jellyfish and seaweed from the water. Then we returned to school to look a what we collected.
